The Meadow

of the beautiful Welsh countryside.
Perfect pitches, nestled within our beautiful wild flower meadow next to River Vyrnwy.
The Meadow has a total of 9 tent pitches, 3 Field Bell Tents and 5 campervan pitches. The tent pitches are spread along our large wildflower meadow, and the campervan pitches are in the field next to the wildflower meadow. Some under the shelter of our native oak trees next to the peaceful sound of the River Vyrnwy, and the others next to our working farm field which usually has our rare breed sheep roaming freely (along with their little lambs in springtime).
You have the option to book whichever side of the meadow you prefer as long as we have a space free.

£25 per night (max 2 adults* & 1 child)
£5 per additional child, per night
£10 per additional adult, per night

Check in/out times
Check-in time for the campsite is between 12pm-7pm - if would like to check in any later than this, please let us know in advance when booking with us. Check-out time is at 11:30am.

Greener Camping Club membership is not included.

The Pitches.
Each pitch is the perfect size for one large tent (maximum 6 people) or a campervan, and is secluded enough from the neighbouring pitch to feel like you have your own slice of the beautiful Welsh countryside.
We’re as off-grid as we can be, so we do not have electric hookup anywhere on site. There is a plug socket in the communal area for charging phones, laptops etc.
Greener Camping.
We are proud members of the Greener Camping Club. As such, we operate to their strict code of conduct and pride ourselves on our sustainable, responsible and eco-friendly site.
Greener Camping Club membership is required to stay at Camp Plas (only one membership is required per pitch) and can be purchased either through us when you arrive or in advance on the Greener Camping Club website.

Around the campfire.
Your pitch will have it's own firepit ready to use. Whether it’s campfire culinary creations or late night storytelling, it’s the perfect cherry on the cake for your camp. You can purchase firewood during the online booking process (so it's ready for when you arrive) or from the farm at £6 per basket.

Perfectly wild.
Our aim is to keep the meadow as undisturbed as possible, so when you arrive you'll be shown your parking space (a couple of minutes from your pitch) and given wheelbarrows to carry your items. This protects the field, keeps it a peaceful area and means children can be free to play in the field safely.

A dog's life.
You’re welcome to bring your own four-legged friend to enjoy the stay as well. But don’t worry, if you don’t have a dog we’re sure that our very own farm dogs Bert, Ollie or Pippin will come and say hello! All we ask is that dogs are well behaved and kept under control at all times.
