Love Pilates and Wellbeing Retreat

  • Camp Plas Plas Dolanog Dolanog, Welshpool, Wales, SY21 0NA United Kingdom (map)

Dedicated and skilled Pilates teacher Pauline of Love Pilates Wirral will be back again this summer for her annual Pilates and Wellbeing Retreat here at Camp Plas. It's a small, intimate retreat with limited places on offer to ensure maximum benefits to everyone who takes part.

This is your opportunity to restock your mental and physical self, allowing the amazing benefits of nature to restore and balance your life.

Inspired by the work of Joseph Pilates, who valued a good balance of movement, fresh air, sunshine, play, swimming and sleep for complete coordination of body, mind and spirit.
