Join our local yoga teacher Anja for the first of her monthly yoga sessions here at Camp Plas. In these classes, we take inspiration from the nature we are surrounded by with a wonderful open air session, whilst keeping warm around a campfire. The practise includes gentle movement and ends with a meditation to leave you feeling relaxed. Optional cold dip in our wild swimming spot afterwards!
