Heartful Harmonies Singing & Camping Weekend with Katy Rose Bennett & Rosie Sleightholme

  • Camp Plas Plas Dolanog Dolanog, Welshpool, Wales, SY21 0NA United Kingdom (map)

WAITLIST ONLY AVAILABLE - Join us for a Singing and Camping weekend - this September!

Now in its third year, Heartful Harmonies Singing Camp is a weekend of joyful a cappella singing in the beautiful surrounds of Camp Plas, Dolanog, in Mid-Wales (near Welshpool). The camp is run by songwriters and community choir leaders Katy Rose Bennett and Rosie Sleightholme.

Spaces are limited to 80, so this is a small but perfectly formed camp (and sold out quickly the last two years, so do book in time!). If you're not into camping, you can stay elsewhere and just pay for the singing.

For this weekend, Katy and Rosie will be sharing their own original songs and, as Natural Voice Network leaders, they teach by ear. There’s no need to read music or to have had any previous singing experience. All abilities welcome.

Camping

You can camp in your own tent or campervan. Please note that the full price [£125**] is per person, even if you're sharing a tent or van.

Non-camping tickets

If camping is not your thing, you can buy an ‘All the singing’ (Fri night, Sat day and Sun morning) ticket and find accommodation elsewhere (these get booked up quickly so do book ahead if you want to find somewhere close). You can also just come and sing for the day on Saturday without camping.

Venue

We’ll be singing in Barney’s Barn - a big, resonant, sheltered space with one side open to the gorgeous views across Camp Plas.

Camp Plas is nestled in the Welsh countryside surrounded by hills, trees and the River Vyrnwy - there’s a lovely swimming spot accessed from the camp site. There is also a beautiful Sauna (at a small extra cost booked and paid to Camp Plas once you're there).
