Anja, a regular at Camp Plas, joins us in late summer for one of her Seasonal Yoga sessions.
These sessions offer a beautiful pause in the yearly calendar and bring you back to connect with nature and self.
In these sessions, you learn about the seasonal traditions, move your body in a gentle way inspired by the time of the year and pause in stillness to reflect and set intentions for the next phase.
The movement in these sessions is inspired by the seasons from traditional yoga, qigong and somatics. We tune in deeply with ourselves to move in a way that honours how you are – there are no fancy poses or complicated practices, just connecting to the beauty in gentle movement that touches deep within you.
Optional sauna and wild swim will also be possible following this session.
